You can't return your personalised order because it's made just for you and, therefore, not re-sellable. However, if you notice damage or flaws that are not part of the original order, you can contact us via support@camileandstone.com, and we can issue a refund.

To make sure your customised order arrives just as you envision it, we recommend all our customers double check their chosen engraving (including spelling and font), to make sure it’s correct.
